TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
Read once, browse forever. These tos terms cover how you may use Catricerasbery content and where our responsibility ends. Plain language, no traps.
Content use
Guides are free to read and share with credit plus a link back. Republishing full articles, scraping the site, or reselling our test data is prohibited. Brief quotes with attribution are welcome, as are classroom and workshop handouts under ten copies. Systematic copying triggers enforcement under our DMCA policy. Classroom use stays free forever.
No professional advice
Everything here is general information, not mechanical, financial, or legal advice. Hire licensed professionals for your situation, follow manufacturer manuals, and operate vehicles at your own risk. Test numbers describe our samples on our routes - your results will differ. Off-road driving carries additional risk; train, use appropriate equipment and respect land access rules.
Accounts and comments
Reading requires no account. Newsletter subscriptions need only an email address and end with one click. Public comments, where enabled, must stay civil and on-topic; spam, abuse, and personal data get removed, and repeat offenders are blocked without warning.
Liability limits
To the extent the law allows, Catricerasbery is not liable for decisions made from free guides - verify critical facts with licensed professionals and manufacturer documentation. Report dangerous errors immediately so we can correct them the same day. Nothing here creates a mechanic-client or adviser relationship. If any clause proves unenforceable, the rest of these tos terms stand.
Changes
We update these tos terms as the site grows; continued use means acceptance of the current version. Major changes get a dated notice at the top of this page, and archived versions are available on request for disputes about past wording. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
Fair use keeps good information free. Credit, link, and carry on.
